Our standard MOQ is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL). Depending on commodity density, a 20ft container holds 11–14 Metric Tons for whole spices (cloves, cardamom), 18–19.2 Metric Tons for sesame seeds and green coffee, and up to 24 Metric Tons for heavy pulses and grains.

We accept Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight) issued or confirmed by top-tier prime international banks, Cash Against Documents (CAD), and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T - standard 30% advance deposit with 70% balance against copy of shipping documents).

Standard dispatch lead time is 10 to 21 calendar days following receipt of the operative Letter of Credit or advance deposit. This window covers final Sortex optical grading, packaging, KEPHIS inspection, container stuffing, phosphine fumigation, and port customs gate-in.

Yes. We regularly accommodate independent third-party inspection agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek at our aggregation and stuffing facilities to draw samples and verify weights and quality prior to container sealing.

All containers are lined with heavy-duty moisture-absorbing calcium chloride desiccants (Container Dri II poles), and commodities are packed in moisture-resistant multi-wall kraft paper bags, polylined woven PP bags, or GrainPro hermetic liners. For temperature-sensitive cargo like fresh coconuts, we deploy 40ft High-Cube refrigerated (reefer) containers operating at controlled +10°C to +12°C with continuous datalogger recording.

Yes. For specialty roasters, spice blenders, and boutique botanical importers, we can consolidate multiple compatible commodities (e.g. green coffee beans, Bourbon vanilla beans, cardamom, and cloves) within a single segregated 20ft FCL container, complete with individual lot batch labeling and harmonized phytosanitary documentation.
